Caelorium / About

One company. One discipline. One bar for craft.

Caelorium is a parent company building deliberately in applied AI — an intelligence layer through Mikisha. A single standard of execution.

Our story

Built from first principles, not adjacencies.

Caelorium was founded in 2025 with a simple thesis: the next decade of valuable companies will be built by teams who can turn intelligence into deployed operations. So we structured ourselves to build for that future from day one.

Mikisha is our applied-AI platform — a decision and orchestration layer that turns business signals into deployed agents and operating workflows. Not chat. Outcomes.

We ship work we'd put our own name on. That's the only filter that matters.

What we stand for

Mission, vision, and the goals we measure ourselves against.

Three orientations — present, future, and the year ahead. They keep us honest when the work gets hard.

Mission

Build precision systems for teams that ship for real.

Engineer intelligence that holds up under production pressure — agents that hold up in operations, pipelines that survive scale, handoffs that survive the team that inherits them.

  • Senior engineering on every project, no exceptions
  • One operating bar across the studio
  • Documented decisions, not just artifacts
Vision

The seam between strategy and execution is where the next decade is built.

We see a world where business intent and operating systems converge — where the team that defines the outcome also runs the agents acting on it. Caelorium exists to be that team for serious operators, globally.

  • One company, one discipline, compounding learning
  • Long-horizon products, not project hours
  • India-rooted, built for global standards
Goals · 2026

Ship the flagship year: Mikisha in production.

Concrete targets we hold ourselves to over the next twelve months — measurable, public to the team, and visible on the wall.

  • Mikisha live with 10+ design-partner operators
  • First case studies published from production deployments
  • One shared internal standard adopted across teams
Operating principles

How we choose to work.

Six commitments that hold for every Mikisha rollout and every line of code we ship.

P / 01

Craft over volume.

We'd rather ship one thing that endures than a dozen that need maintenance. Care compounds.

P / 02

Real constraints.

Latency budgets, accuracy budgets, cost budgets. We design to them — not around them.

P / 03

Senior at the helm.

Every project is led by someone who has shipped that exact problem class before. No learning on your time.

P / 04

Documented decisions.

Every nontrivial trade-off is written down with rationale. You inherit understanding, not just artifacts.

P / 05

One bar, every line.

Across agents, pipelines, and product, the floor is the same: works, holds up, gets handed off cleanly.

P / 06

Earn the next one.

We don't lock you in. Long relationships are a result, not a contract clause.

The journey

A short, deliberate arc.

Q3 2025 · Origin

Caelorium incorporated

Parent thesis defined: build seriously across deep tech and applied AI under one operating standard. No service-shop framing — we wanted to behave like a product company on both sides.

Q4 2025 · Intelligence

Mikisha platform launched

Applied-AI surface introduced — an operating layer for decision agents, signal pipelines, and orchestrated workflows. Early design partners onboarded across operations and analytics.

2026 → Beyond

Compounding the platform

Mikisha enters production with multiple operators. The shared bar — and the discipline of treating deployment as the work — is the moat.

Founders

Builders, not stewards.

A small team that has shipped real systems — and prefers it that way.

R

Rishabh Jain

CEO · Co-founder

Sets direction for the studio and runs the business side of Caelorium. Background spanning operating-heavy programs and applied-AI platforms — believes the parent's job is to enforce a single standard of execution, every time.

P

Praveen Raturi

CTO · Co-founder

Owns the engineering bar end-to-end — system architecture and applied-ML across Mikisha. Background in distributed systems and high-stakes software bring-up. Believes deployment is the work, and documentation is half of it.
